Face to Face sessions are available if you are local to the Hull area. I pride myself in creating a safe comfortable environment for you. 

With technology teams sessions are very popular, so you can be in the comfort of you own home and it doesn't matter where you live as we can connect on teams.

If you do live local to Hull we offer walking therapy.  There is something about being outside in nature that is really freeing yet grounding, it s a lovely way to work through your traumas and/or worries.

 Meditation has so many benefits, we can help you explore the different types of meditation and discover how mindfulness can really help you live in the 'now'.

Morning retreats that provide a safe and relaxing spacefor you to give yourself time and permission to improve your mental well being, reduce stress and tension and leave refreshed and relaxed with an understanding on how to keep your mental health healthly.
